Run

The deafening screams echoed through the cold night, we were getting closer.

As our steps quickened we raced through the city. Lights flickered as we

followed the screams we needed to catch up. We looked around pointing to a

path through the buildings, we could cut them off. I ran off into the dark only

seeing with the small light. A dark figure ran into the dark, he sat down. He

dropped my phone as he lay down. I quietly tiptoed to my phone grabbing it as

I raced out with Jack “I got it!” I whispered, “Let’s go home.”
